ELIGIBILITY

Levels are defined as:

Level I Grades 4–6
Level II Grades 7–9
Level III Grades 10–12
REGISTRATION
  1. 01 Each school must register participants in advance through the official form.
  2. 02 Deadline: Tuesday, October 6th 2026.
  3. 03 Participants must report to the venue 30 minutes before scheduled time.
  4. 04 School ID cards/badges must be worn at all times.
  5. 05 Participants may take part in multiple events, provided schedules don't clash.
CONDUCT
  • School-appropriate content only. Vulgarity or offensive language will lead to disqualification.
  • Participants must adhere strictly to time limits.
  • Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
TECHNICAL REQ
MEDIA FORMATS

Audio/video files submitted 48h before event (.mp3/.wav/.mp4).

BACKUPS

Participants must carry backup files in a USB drive on the day.

EQUIPMENT

All required props, cables, and accessories must be brought by you.

SETUP TIME

2 Minutes max for stage setup.

JUDGING

The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

In case of a tie, event tie-breaking rules or judges' discretion will prevail.

  • No AI-generated visuals or music. Pre-recorded music is allowed.

Everything you need to know about participating in NESTival'26

NESTival'26 will take place on Friday, 9th October and Saturday, 10th October 2026 at The NEST School, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 24. Events on both days commence at 9:00 AM and conclude at 4:00 PM (Gates open at 8:30 AM).

NESTival'26 is open to students from grades 4 to 12 across all recognized schools. Competitions are structured into Level I (Grades 4–6), Level II (Grades 7–9), Level III (Grades 10–12), and Sports age divisions (U11 to U18).

No, there is no entry fee! Registration and participation in NESTival'26 is completely free of cost for all schools and students.

Yes! Students are welcome to compete in multiple events across Art, Tech, and Sports pillars as long as their stage schedules and competition timings do not conflict.

We do not provide lunch or refreshments. However, multiple dedicated food stalls will be available across the campus throughout both days offering food, snacks, and beverages for purchase.
