Meet The Core Team
With an MS/MPhil in Computer Science, Deepa's tryst with education began 18 years ago in collaboration with Meenakshi Group of Colleges. While analysing what makes education enjoyable for learners and facilitators, she believes that school should be a home away from home - a haven where emotionally strong individuals are nurtured to have an unquenchable curiosity for the world.
With over two decades of experience across manufacturing and higher education, Sreekanth comes from a legacy of educators. While believing that education is the vehicle into a future that can't be predicted, he aspires to nurture open-minded, tolerant, independently-thinking problem solvers through The NEST School.
With an academic background in Psychology and experience in Journalism, Shefali's quest for inquiry began much earlier in life. As an educator with 13 years of experience across some of India's best schools, she harbours a deep passion for instilling creativity, knowledge about international curricula, and exposure and experience across IB & CAIE curricula programmes.
With a decade of experience in education and armed with a CIDTL certification, Jaya excels in curriculum development & Inquiry based learning. Passionate about sparking creativity and critical thinking in the minds of young learners, she comes with extensive experience in Professional Development of facilitators to ensure that they create a stimulating and supportive environment for learners to explore their interests and develop critical thinking skills.
With over 10 years of experience and expertise in teaching the Cambridge Curriculum, Bhagyashree's core expertise and strength lie in creating Vertical alignments in teaching English across grades. She is particularly passionate about encouraging and guiding learners to pursue what they love. An empathetic listener, she is meticulous about assessing the professional needs of her facilitators to make education meaningful.
