Meet The Core Team
Founder
With over two decades of experience across manufacturing and higher education, Sreekanth comes from a legacy of educators. While believing that education is the vehicle into a future that can't be predicted, he aspires to nurture open-minded, tolerant, independently-thinking problem solvers through The NEST School.
Head of School
With an academic background in Psychology and experience in Journalism, Shefali's quest for inquiry began much earlier in life. As an educator with 13 years of experience across some of India's best schools, she harbours a deep passion for instilling creativity, knowledge about international curricula, and exposure and experience across IB & CAIE curricula programmes.
Head, Admissions & Marketing
Currently pursuing a diploma in Educational Leadership from Cambridge International Examinations in the UK, Meena is a certified ECE professional with 14 years’ experience in developing and delivering curriculum across Nursery and Primary programmes. Passionate in training teachers, she believes nurturing a strong relationship between parents and facilitators can unlock better experience for learners.
EYP Coordinator
With over a decade of experience in nurturing young children, Swapna Nanu is deeply committed to developing their minds through education. Her philosophy on education is founded on two main principles: developing the right skills as a teacher and building strong relationships with parents. She believes that students should be encouraged to pursue their interests and explore at their own pace. Nanu strives to create a classroom environment that fosters real-world learning and adapts to meet the needs of her students.
PYP Coordinator
With a passion for creating and impacting the lives of children, Nahid Aamina excels in team management and event facilitation, ensuring that students benefit from every phase of their education. She has 6 years of experience in the IT industry and considerable experience as a faculty member, mastering the art of data visualization and visual art. Aamina believes that education should nurture children to become better human beings.
Lower Secondary Coordinator
With over 13 years of teaching various curricula like CBSE, Cambridge, IB DP, and AS/ A levels, Savitha has absorbed the best of her teaching and learning experience, setting a standard for all facilitators in the middle school years. She caters to the needs of varied, diverse learners through various pedagogical approaches that promote critical thinking skills. Savitha is passionate about planning and designing concepts that help children to become curious, explore, engage, and reflect on their learning.
